Ginger Spaghetti Squash Recipe

Spaghetti Squash baking time: 50 to 60 minutes

Spaghetti Squash Cooking Directions
1 medium spaghetti squash
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon minced ginger
salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove all seeds and membranes.
Place spaghetti squash in a baking dish, add the butter, honey, ginger and seasoning. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the dish.
Bake spaghetti squash until when the skin gives easily when pushed on with a wooden spoon and the inside is tender. Use a fork to pull out the spaghetti-like strands from the inside of the spaghetti squash.
Toss the strands of the spaghetti squash to distribute the seasonings.
