Caramel for Under Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Cooking Directions

Makes enough for a 15 x 10 x 1 jelly roll pan.
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, on medium high heat stirring, bring caramel to a boil. Cool, spray the jelly roll pan with cooking spray, pour caramel into jelly roll pan. Lay cinnamon rolls on the top of caramel mixture to raise double in size.

Make enough for a 9 x 13 baking dish.
