1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Use a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the orange juice, vinegar, mustard, honey and pepper. Cover and shake vinaigrette well until combined. Store vinaigrette in the refrigerator in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before serving.
