Seven Layer Salad Recipe
Pan size: large deep bowl or oblong deep baking dish
Temp: Chill in refrigerate for 8 hours up to 24 hours

Seven Layer Salad Directions
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup green pepper - chopped
10 ounce bag frozen peas, thawed
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
6 ounce shredded cheese
8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Fill a large deep bowl halfway with bite-size chunks of lettuce. Layer, celery, green pepper, peas and onions. Spread mayonnaise or light mayonnaise on top of onions. Make sure to spread the mayonnaise completely over the top. Sprinkle sugar on top, add cheese and crumbled bacon.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hour up to 24 hours.
