Stuffed Green Peppers with Pork Sausage

Stuffed Green Peppers Baking Directions
3 large green bell peppers
1 pound pork ground sausage
1 egg
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
ketchup
Wash green peppers then cut the top and remove the seeds out of all 3 green peppers. Trim the bottoms so they stand up straight.
In a mixing bowl combine pork sausage, egg and cheddar cheese. Using your hands mix sausage together well. Stuff peppers full.
Preheat the oven. Spray the baking dish with a cooking spray then set the pepper upright, top each pepper with a little ketchup, bake, then add a little or alot of ketchup again the last 10 minutes of baking. Easly doubled.
