Crunchy Banana Dog Bone Bites Cooking Directions

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 egg
1/2 cup ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface.

Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out with any shape cookie cutter and place on a ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cool crunchy banana dog bone bites on a wire rack. Store in a air tight container in the refrigerator.
