Beefy Trail Mix Dog Biscuits Cooking Directions

1 1/2 cups four
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup rye flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cups beef broth
1/4 cup liver powder

Preheat oven. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add egg, oil and beef broth.

Mix the dough adding additional flour to make a dough that can be rolled out.

On a floured surface, roll dough to 1/2 inch thick, cut with cookie cutters or cut into squares. Place dog biscuits onto the cookie sheet.

Prick the top of each dog biscuit with a fork. Bake dog biscuits for 2 hours. Turn off the oven, let beef dog biscuits stay in the oven overnight to harden. Store in airtight container.
