Cat Chow Cookie Cooking Directions
1 cup dry cat chow - ground
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup powdered milk
1 egg - beaten
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon catnip
Preheat oven. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the ground cat chow, flours, liquid and dry milk, egg, wheat germ, molasses, margarine and catnip.
Lightly flour a rolling pin. Roll out the batter on a greased cookie sheet. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes. Allow the cat chow cookies to cool before serving. Store the cat chow cookie leftovers in an airtight container in a cool place or freezer.
