1 - 12 ounce package fresh or frozen cranberries
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/4 teaspoon salt - optional
In your saucepan over medium low heat, combine all ingredients, stirring frequently, until cranberry sauce is nice and thick, about 10 minutes. Let cranberry cherry sauce cool to room temperature before serving. Cranberry sauce will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
