4 salmon filets, 5 ounces each
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
dill weed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On broiler pan sprayed with Pam cooking spray, or a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam cooking spray, place salmon fillets, "skin" side down.
Melt butter, add lemon juice. Pour butter mixture over salmon fillets and then sprinkle salmon with dill weed.
Place salmon in oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Salmon will turn reddish-pink and flack easily with a fork when done. Don't over bake.
