Blueberry Delight Recipe
Pan size: 11 x 13 cookie sheet
Temp: 350°F degrees

Blueberry Delight Cooking Directions
2 sticks margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans (chopped)
Cut margarine into flour with pastry blender
Add pecans and pat into 11x13 inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
8 ounce cream cheese softened
1- 8 ounce Cool Whip
1/2 box powdered sugar.
Mix and spread over cooled crust.
Top with blueberry glaze:
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook blueberry glaze over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Cool glaze and spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill blueberry delight.
Cut into squares to serve. You may use a spoonful or 2 of Cool Whip on each square.
