Cappuccino Brunch Punch Mixing Directions
6 quarts black coffee at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar or sugar to taste { substitute with splenda }
11/2 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 quart heavy cream or fat free cream
1 quart coffee flavored ice cream or light coffee flavored ice cream
1 quart vanilla ice cream or light vanilla ice cream
In a punch bowl, stir together coffee and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla and spices.
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Blend cream into coffee. Cut coffee ice cream and vanilla ice cream into large pieces; add ice creams to coffee mixture.
