Instant Cocoa Mix Recipe
Temp: Hot water

Instant Cocoa Mix Directions
1 cup baking cocoa
2 cups sugar
5 1/2 cups dry milk
1 cup non ~ dairy creamer
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl whisk together the cocoa, sugar, powdered milk, non-dairy creamer and salt. Store in air tight containers or glass jars.
To use:
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of cocoa mix to 1 cup of hot water. Top with marshmallows or whipped topping with a dash of chocolate sprinkles and cinnamon.
Variations;
Coffee mocha ~ Add 1 cup of instant coffee granules to mix.
Peppermint Cocoa ~ Add 1/2 cup crushed candy cane to mix.
This is a very good gift for the Christmas holiday.
