Homemade Hot Chocolate Recipe

Homemade Hot Chocolate Cooking Directions
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
6 tablespoons sugar or splenda
2 1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cup light cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
orange zest
In a saucepan whisk together cocoa and sugar. Whisk in milk, heat to dissolve. Whisk in light cream, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat to just to a boil. Being careful to to scorch the milk.
Pour into a warm mugs, top with whipped cream, sprinkle of cocoa and dash of orange zest
