Cappuccino Freeze Mixing Directions
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
2 3/4 cups water, divided
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk ( not evaporated milk)
In 2 quart bowl, whisk coffee granules into 1/2 boiling water add remaining 2 1/4 cups water and sweetened condensed milk, blend well.
Fill a blender with 3 cups crushed ice, add coffee mixture. blend on high until well blended. Pour into chilled coffee cups.
For a lower fat recipe, substitute low fat sweetened condensed.
