White Elephant Drink Servings: 2

White Elephant Drink Mixing Directions

1 cup moist shredded coconut
1 cup coconut milk
4 tablespoon sugar
6 ounce white rum
2 ounce white creme de cacao
1 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and thick.

Divide between 2 glasses. Serve with a straw, and a garnish of shredded coconut.
