Curry and Crab Deviled Eggs Recipe

Deviled Egg Cooking Directions
6 hard boiled eggs - Hard Boiled Egg Recipe
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon snipped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper
1/4 cup flaked canned crab meat
paprika
Halve hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Set whites aside. Place yolks in a small bowl: mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients: mix well.
Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture. Set deviled eggs on a serving plate. Cover and chill curry and crab deviled eggs until ready to serve, up to 24 hours. If desired, garnish curry and crab deviled eggs with a sprinkle of paprika.
