Salmon Cheese Ball Recipe

Servings: about 2 1/2 cups

Cooking Directions
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese or low fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup smoked salmon
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
1/3 cup green onion, sliced
3/4 cup chopped pecans
mixed fresh vegetables or crackers
Combine cream cheese, smoked salmon, liquid smoke, celery and onions, mix well.
Form cream cheese into a ball, roll ball into chopped pecans. Place salmon cheese ball in the center of a serving plate, place vegetables or crackers around salmon cheese ball.
