Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Cooking Directions
1 - 16 ounce package of button mushrooms
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Clean mushrooms by wiping gently with a clean dry cloth. Trim the ends of stems, remove the steams, chop. Mix chopped stems with Italian bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over mushrooms.
Place stuffed mushrooms in a glass casserole dish; bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, and the mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.
