Deviled Eggs Recipe

6 hard boiled eggs - Hard Boiled Egg Recipe
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt and pepper
Paprika or paisley sprigs {optional}
Halve hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Set whites aside. Place yolks in a small bowl: mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar salt and pepper: mix well.
Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture. Set deviled eggs on a serving plate. Cover and chill deviled eggs until ready to serve, up to 24 hours. If desired, garnish deviled eggs with a sprinkle of paprika or parsley.
