Four Cheese and Bacon Spread Recipe
Pan size: serving dish and a large plate
Servings: about 2 1/2 cups

Cooking Directions
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese or low fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup Canadian bacon, diced
1/3 cup green onion, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream or low fat sour cream
1 cup cheddar or monterey Jack cheese, shredded
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, Spoon into a pretty serving dish, place dish in the center of a large serving plate. Arrange crackers around the bowl.
