Mini Sausage Quiche Recipe
Pan size: cupcake baking dish
Temp: 375°F degrees
Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes
Servings: 10 quiches

Cooking Directions
1 package refrigerator Pillsbury biscuits
1/2 pound pork sausage
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown pork sausage and crumble. Divide biscuits in half and mold in bottom of muffin tins. Put sausage on biscuit half.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top of sausage. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until egg is firm and brown at edges.
