Easy Mini Quiche Cooking Directions
1 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1 - 16 ounce package shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups Bisquick mix
cooking spray
In a skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in a little oil, set aside for a few minutes to cool. Mix egg, milk, Bisquick, butter and cheese all together. Add in onions and mushrooms.
Preheat oven. Spray small mini muffin tins with cooking spray (silver stone coating). Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake easy Mini cheese and mushroom quiche just before serving for the allotted time.
